Intuity Audix Error codes VM and EL

Hi,
Can anyone produce useful info on how to clear the above alarms? I have some expertise on IA770 but I know it's not too different from Intuity Audix Lx. Here's the error....
Error1
App=VM, Resource Typ=Server, Location=ela-de 3,Alarm Code:900.
Error2
App=EL, Resource Typ=DELIVTS, Alarm Code=4

How can I clear the alarms?
