Intuity audix connected to magix

When trying to retrieve vm's we get a ring then beep,when sending caller to someones vm we get continuios ringing.Have turned off audix waited and turned back on,help's for a few hours.What should I check?

since I started typing this forum my co worker gave me this info displayed on the screen,and we have no vm now.

The ring with the beep indicates that the Intuity is not picking up the ports. The constant ringing on incoming calls is an indication of the same; the incoming calls are not being picked up by the Intuity because the Intuity isn't working properly. I fear you have lost the Intuity, especially with the error message you are receiving. If it is answered by auto attendant all the time, you need to go into system programming and remove the trunks from the calling group so you can at least answer incoming calls. There are a couple of good Intuity guys out there - merlinman knows one of them. Maybe he can help...
