Intuity Audix Broadcast Messaging

Can anyone tell me if and how you can broadcast a message to a small group of agents within a call center without sending it to the entire mailbox system? If you do, can you provide me with some detail instructions?

I am not sure you can create groups for a broadcast message crosstalker. It may be easier to send a message out and include their extension numbers in the message.

You would create a message under option number 1 (after dialing into Audix). Then enter the extension numbers you want and set it for delivery. I do beleive you can set up mailing list and that may be your best option.
