I have a refurb Intuity Audix which was just installed as a replacement - the old one was working but wouldn't back up. Tech onsite did a backup ok and then I tried to do it remotely just for kicks but backup wouldn't start. Error msg was 'A backup cannot be run while another backup is running'. Sounds like the aborted bkup has settled in. Will a reboot clear this error or does it take Avaya intervention? Thanks!
