We have connected our Avaya Intuity Audix system to our network and are having a problem getting the function keys to show up on the screen properly using DSA. Logging in via IP address works just fine but when prompted to enter the terminal type (4410), the function keys do not display properly. Any ideas, suggestions?

If you login into the Intuity Audix, at the terminal type just press enter.
Instead of the Function keys, use the keys on the keyboard.

Just play with it and you'll find out.

If you did login with 4410 press controll + something(I forgot but try c,g,x,z)and you will be disconnected.

Sorry, misread your question.

See if you can find the default terminal on the properties screen. I think default is VT100 and you should try changing it to 4410.
