Intuity AUDIX alarm code unknown

I have been trying to find this alarm code in documentation but have not been able to. All my searches have the alarm code going up only to 6614. Here is the alarm the system shows:

VM SOFTWARE 42 6619 MIN n 03/09/08 05:43

Can anyone tell where I can get information on resolving this alarm? Thanks

Description:

INTUITY AUDIX call processing detected a problem with the LDAP server.
Repair Procedure:
Reboot the system.
