Intuity 5.1 Fax error message

I am having a weird issue, I am setting up my voicemail box to be able to receive fax messages..I can receive the fax but I cannot view this..I get an error message when I try to double click on the item. This is what it says:
YOU HAVE NOT BEEN ADMINISTERED TO ACCESS MESSAGE COMPONENTS OVER THE LAN. If you guys know this please shed some light..Thanks
