intrusion.generic.format-string.exploit! attacker's IP: 216.142.250.14

Hi everyone,

Im not sure if this is the place to post this. While bouncing around the internet Kaspersky will bring up a balloon warning me im under attack "intrusion.generic.format-string.exploit! attacker's IP: 216.142.250.141" The IP address is not always the same. Any ideas? Also if im in the wrong place...please direct me to the right place.
