I hope I'm posting this in the right place?.? I have been given the job of setting up some local security policies and finding software to help implement and watch for violators for a plant that currently has none, before I ask my question let me tell you a little about the plant. My plant does logistics for a major company and our IS department is worried about people chaning inventory counts, releasing trucks that are not ready, and other types of sabatage. We currently have 100 end users that we would like to monitor. We would like to be able to monitor everything that they do on their PC from sending email to what they are typing. What do you all suggestion we should try? We need this software to be fairly easy to run and produce reports that we can use for displinary actions.

First solution that comes to mind would be Dameware NT Utilities.
It's a system administrators tool to resolve help calls remotely, but it can be used to just "watch" any computer without the user noticing (shows up as a process in task manager however).
Might not be the solution you want if you need automatic logging features tho.
Worth a look, I've used it and love it.
