Intranet problem

I have a problem on one machine only. Our intranet works fine. The internet work without anny problems. The problem is Payroll, Telephone directory and forms are provided by our supplier on there intranet. This machine can not find the page and it refers to tools internet options. ALL the option are the appear same as other machines. Any suggestion would be appreciated. :)
