INTRANET Message Board

I have designed a basic Intranet in Dreamweaver. Its being used quite well and as a result I have added a Message board which is basically a public folder in Outlook.

What I want to do is on the intranet have a news item that counts the number of new message appearing in the outlook folder.

Is this possible

dont know about outlook but a db solution would be easy. just number of records. Try the Office forum they may be able to help. forum68

there are some free web based forums out~there....
"Snitz forums"(ASP-DB) works pretty good and install is mater of minutes.
