Intranet IP Forwarding Issue with different Port

Hi,

I set up an intranet, using an IP with a port of 81. How can i set up a domain where people can just type in 'intranet' on their browser, and it recognize and forward to an ip at a specific port? Example, 192.0.0.1:81 (the address of my web folder).

Any ideas?
