Intramail - Mailbox Full Message

Hello, I have an NEC DSX system with Intramail. Very small system with 3 mailboxes. This was installed a few years back and has been mostly reliable for this client. We don't work on NEC much so I am looking for help for a new problem that just started last week. The outside analog lines are answered with an auto attendant immediately. There are 3 options, 2 of which are tranfers to an extension and are working fine, if not answered, voicemail picks up and caller can leave a message. The third option tranfers and rings via coverage to 3 phones, then goes into a mailbox that lights on those three phones. This mailbox currently has no messages in it. However, when a caller selects this option, if no one answers the call, the caller is greeting with a message saying, This Mailbox is Full and then gets returned to the main auto attendant. We have done a simple reboot on the system with no difference. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
 
It has been a while but I think your call is being routed to a diffeent mailbox and that is full no clue what that is but it could even be a vm box with out and extension attached.
