Dear support;



The old “InTouch_Standalone_1.2SP1” softphone is working with windows XP perfectly. (working fan for 15 months so far)

However, after Windows 7 upgrade, there is one way speech only “you can hear me but I cannot hear you”.

Is there another version working well with windows 7.

Intouch is phased out so there is no development, BluStar is the replacement or use ACC

Thanks for your replay;

I informed that there is InToutch1.2SP5 which is working fine with windows 7.

I really appreciate sending me SP5 on my e-mail (Mentioned above).

Regarding BluStar or ACC from where can I found them? Are they Aastra products?
