INTL BCM needs to be changed to NA BCM

I have a BCM 4.0 configured as an INTL BCM U.K. profile. It is new out of the box. I need to have this working as a NA BCM and I don't know where to change the settings. On the older 3.7's I have changed it in the etiquitte, but I can't find it in the 4.0. I can connect via the serial port and the LAN port. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Login to the BCM via Element manager.
Goto "Administration" tab.
Goto "utilities" -> "Reset"
Select "Cold reset telephony services"
Then select "North America" as region.
