Intgercom between QtmAM0408U boards

I have a system with two QtmAM0408U boards running AltiServ 3.0. The problem is that if an extension on one QtmAM0408U board tries to intercom to an extension on the other QtmAM0408U board, the extension will ring, but when the extension is answered, neither party can hear each other. Intercom calls within the same QtmAM0408U board are OK, the problem is just jumping across the boards. I think transfers between the boards are a problem as well. Phone lines come into one board, so a recoptionist trying to transfer a call to an extension on the second bosrd has the same issue.

Any ideas here?
