Interview g3 questions

Its been over 20 years that I interviewed for a position. Can anyone give out any advice as to what type of questions may be asked regarding a position for G3 MAC and administration. Any sugested reading would also help

I think you'll find that most people that interview tech's are not. Also interesting is the fact that they will not bring in their tech's for the interviews. This is what i see anyway. So cert's (G3 admin, G3 maintenance, ect.) will go a long way.

Also I guess you have been working on these (G3's) for 20 years or just xyz phone systems? If it G3's, you will probably know more about what they have than they do. If its not G3's then you will have a lot to learn even working on other systems for 20 years.
