InterVideo WinDVR won't start

Hi,

I have a problem with a program for TV and video recording, InterVideos WinDVR. It came with my TV-card "Terratec Cinergy 600" I have the latest drivers installed but I keep getting the message "this program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down" On details it says that it is a fault in module KERNEL32.DLL. I`ve done a search on microsofts support page and tried almost everything. Can this program be in conflict with Terratecs software or a softplayer, what can be wrong?

Do you have a DVD drive on your computer? The software you have usually works in conjunction with DVD players/Drives.
