Hi

Can anyone tell me what period of time an interval covers. For example, is the 07:00 interval summarising the activity from 06:45 to 07:00, or is it covering the period from 07:00 to 07:15?

Interval 07:00 covers 07:00 to 07:15. Easiest way to test it is if you do some interval stats for the start of a day e.g. a skillset that is only queued to when in service, or an agent you can check by the login stats.
