Does anybody out there no a way to change or to at least log into an Intertel Axxess 4.3 and change the rights. About 6 months ago our Intertell went down in La. and nobody was able to log into the switch with the current logins and passwords. We finally were able to log with an old passwod but it doesnt have any rights to do anything. is ther like a "secret" admin login and password when the system was first purchased??
