Intertel Axxent - Caller ID problems

I added Caller ID service to my phone lines. I am using an Inter-Tell Axxent. I turned caller ID on in the trunk options, but when recieving a call neither the phone number or name is displayed.

There is no auto-attendant.

I have a fax machine which displays the name and number when recieving.

Anyone have any ideas?

Do you have the proper DSP on your Axxent?
