Hi!

I would like to have a detailed documentation on how to interpet values in the output of "netstat -p tcp"

Especially I would like to know what these things mean:

2005924 discarded by listeners
895512 discarded due to listener's queue full

This is an Apache server with heavy load and some strange symptoms which seem to show relations with this.

Anyways, I am interested in discovering the meanings of the labels in netstat output, but I did not find any comprehesive document, not even on the IBM website.

Thank in advance,
