Interorg replication

Hello,

I have 2 exchange 5.5 server in 2 diferent organization, one installed on w2000 and the other on wnt.
I would like to replicate publics folders between these server, I know that I can use interorg but I did not found this tool in French, because my server are installe in French.
Or do you know an other tool.
