InterOrg / Initialize Error - fatal - MAPI logon

Hello,
I have been tasked with synchronizing two of our locations global address lists. Both Exchange servers are NT4 SP6a Exchange 5.5 SP4. Our site is up and running with no errors when I run “Synchronize, Execute now” process. When I try the same thing at the remote site, its getting an event log error “InterOrg: CRequestorMail::Initialize Error - fatal - MAPI Logon! 80040111”. Everything else fails after that. Anyone know what the problem is and more importantly how I can fix it?
