Hi all,

I recently programmed an avaya server edition (location A) to call another brand pbx (location B) using internal extension numbers using the sip license of the avaya pbx.
Both location can call each other perfectly without any issues.
What I notice is that the avaya can call all the extension numbers of location B, but location B can call only the extension numbers that you put in the avaya for incoming call.
On the location B pbx I have in the rule for all extension 3?? for all incoming calls, there are about 12 users on location B.

Is it possible have such a rule also in the avaya pbx for incoming calls that you can define something like 2?? for all extension incoming, or do I have to specify all users on the avaya side for all incoming calls with the same sip trunk for each one.

thank you in advance

A wise man from Sweden named Janni78 once said,
'Depending on the URI configuration the ICR can be completely ignored.

If your URI is configured to use internal data then the IP Office will look into the user's SIP tab and if you have *'s it will look into ICR.'

remembering Intrigrant 2019

You need a blank in number and . for destination for incoming on SIP for extensions using *'s
