INTERNTET LOG FILES TO DATA BASE

I want to import my log files “W3010819.log” to a database and append to the record.
The date will change daily, also I only have read permission on the server file. Access will not import the file directly, I am hand copying & renaming the file, then importing it. Also hand appending it.

Any suggestions?
