Internett Explorer 6 wont keep info

Hi guys and gals.

I have win xp on a toshiba satelitte 4600 pro. When ever I reboot my pc i lose my internet explorer views links.Like I subsrcibe to a buttliten baord and once you see a link it changes color. But once I reboot it is as if I never was on the board. Is there a setting in IE to fix this.

In IE, Tools, Internet Options, "Days to keep in Internet History" set it to a few days. Also under "Temporary Internet Files", Settings, bump the amount of storage space given to store these temporary files.
