InternetExplorer.Application, recieving title from web page 1

Is there a function call that will return the title of a web page(i.e. the part at the top, it starts out VBA Visual Basic Applications on this site). I have been usine oIE.navigate to go to websites and I would like to be able to have my program "read" the title at these sites.

By the way does anyone know of a site that lists the functions of oIE.(whatever)
