The opposite of most peoples problem.
I have a Home Highway isdn dialling Freeserve on a win98 computer. It is set to drop the connection after a while, but does not until it gets to the Freeserve 2 hr cut off.
I'm accessing this box via Winproxy over an internal network.
Presumably something is keeping the signal up, every 20 secs or so Bytes Received jumps about 20 bytes.
Freeserve are going to get cross about this soon.
How can I find out what programme on which pc is doing this?
