On the IPO SOE 2.1(27), from an Adtran 600R, My data supply is in the WAN port. We are using the IPO SOE as the network. I've set up Lan1 with the usual private IP addess, I've setup Lan2 with a data vendor's provided public address and, enabled NAT. I've created an IP route with the vendor's provided gateway address and a destination of Lan2 leaving all other feilds blank. My customer was complaining of delays and lost pages while working a site causing her to loose previuosly inputted information. We moved the networking side to a router/switch and the problem seems to have disappeared. Is there a document I missed that could help clarify my setup?

Never mind. I didn't expect any one to know.

Have you set the DNS server addresses?
also check you have the correct subnet mask for Lan2 & double check that the Firewall profile is not blocking any required access.
