I have a small network with a designated server, what I woukd like to do is to track where my kids are going on the internet, without letting them know, and possible block those site. They all have there own user id and password to logon to my network. So how do I track them?

No i do not, but if that will help can I use my existing server as one ?

there are many monitoring programs (stealth) .. but they're not free

i think some routers also have that functionality. Its only a partial solution.
one example:

see the "thoroughly protected" section.

This wont break it down by individual user, but through the logging feature you can see what all users are going to and then add some objectionable sites to the blocked list if they appear, etc.
