Internet Slow For Domain Users

Hi,

Am running Server 2003, AD, and the rest of the stuff that needs, with a dedicated proxy box running Routing and Remote Access.

Users who login to Active Directory are experiencing trouble surfing the net. It takes longer for a page to load compared to a users logged on using the local administrator account.

Could this relate to GPO not downloading correctly? Users have said it can take up to 20 minutes for the speed to go back to normal.
