I create internet shortcut on desktop via File-Send-Shortcut to Desktop in IE 6.0 under WIN 2000 Pro, but I get an error message telling me there is no file associated with it when IE is closed, but ok when IE is open. I thought the shortcut was designed to launch IE if it was not open. Please comment.
