I have a problem where my server is connected directly to the internet via a USB modem. What i am trying to do is connect my server to another PC by cable and to a laptop using a Linksys wireless router with 4-port switch (see linksys WRT54G). I am able to configure the router and also see the other computers (for file and printer sharing), however, i am unable to share internet access.

As the modem is USB i cannot link this into the router. Is there a way of configuring the pc's so that they can all gain internet access or will i have to buy a new modem that can connect to the router?

One possibility is to use ICS on the server and connect to the WAN port of the Linksys.

You will need to add a second ethernet adapter to the server and connect to a LAN port of the router. The router WAN connection would be set to use DHCP and obtain an IP automaticly.
