internet settings for LAN settings

Hi All. My company use an automatic config script, and they recently changed the script name and address. However my apply button in my internet settings is not lit up so i cant change the script so every morning I have to type the script name in by hand! I am a local administrator on my machine, and can not find why this should be happening.

Is the script address not being saved? I just did a quick experiment, and my Apply button is not selectable either, but the script address is saved & seems to work.

Are there any tabs missing or unavailabe in other areas of Internet Options?
