Hi folks:
Our company has done limited E-commerce sites, but that is changing. We've been using Internet Secure for some time and I have to say that I am not completely happy with their approach. They are not flexible when it comes to integrating their system into the look and feel of the clients' sites.
My partner and I have been debating this subject, but all I read suggests that when people are shopping and they are taken to a third party for payment they stop their purchase a great deal of the time (not sure what the percentage was). Whereas if you use someone like Moneris who allows you to use their system and not mess with the site...the process seems seamless to the client and the number of purchases go up.
Am I off base....or does this seem about right.
Just lookin' for some clarification.
