When I click on Internet Options on my version of IE 5, it says this is unavailable and I must contact my system administrator. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling IE5 and it still says this is unavailable. How do I disable this so I can edit Internet Option? Does this have something to do with IEAK?

Backup the registry and/or export the following keys:
go to Start>Run, type regedit. Navigate to:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
Look for an entry named NoFolderOptions. Right-click on it, choose modify and type in the number 0.
