Does anyone know if the port based ACL filtering in the 5500G-EI SFP would be capable of creating a VLAN 2 that could only access say ports 80, 443, 21, 23, 25, 110, etc. when it was routed to VLAN 1?
The 5500G-EI SFP has to support this on its own as my ISP/WAN provider controls my firewall and router and won't do anything with VLANing. I only have one gateway and connection to the Internet.
So the 5500G-EI SFP would have to be able to keep packets on VLAN 2 from passing onto VLAN and out to the Internet that weren't on allowed ports.
The documentation seems to say it will but I wanted to get confirmation before I order two of them.
Thanks.
