I hope that u got my point.

To ALREI or not to ALREI,this is the command

I'm not 100% sure on what you are requiring.

But it sounds like you want is to be able to use a line as both a phone line and as a modem line?

Need more details if possible.

amalpbx12, do you mean something like ADSL functionality on the PBX analog line?

whosrdaddy - that's what I was wondering also! It's a bit vague!

Thanks 2 all,
yeah whosrdaddy it is like what u said.I have internet and I have PBX lines.I need 2 impose Internet on the PBX lines so that end users can use both Line and internet.I hope that u got my point.

There's no command for this.

Although technically it's possible, it would not be realistically feasible.

To use ADSL on an analogue line, you need a DSL filter on the line at the customer end, and another filter at the other end.

These filters seperate the voice and data frequencies at each end of the cable, and allow them to go to the DSLAM and the telephone exchange at one end, and your router/phone at the other end.

Unless your PABX equipment were in the same location as an ISPs DSLAM, I cannot see how this would be possible.

Ericsson sells ADSL modules to put directly onto KRONE block to provide this type of service. be aware that you need to provide the infrastructure to provide internet access (router/firewall/...)

Yeah you can buy filters which have RJ45 connections, standard 'BT' type connections, or indeed Krone modules.

But again, unless the infrastructure at the other end is co-located, I can't see a major use for this.

You could use filters to allow you to utilise the MDF -> Phone cabling for voice and data, but you'd then need to eventually seperate it out into voice going into the MD110, and data going to your CO line.

I guess you're saving the cabling up to the phone, but that's all.

There are devices available which are in effect a DSLAM at your premises. This takes an internet feed from an exchange based ADSL service and then using its own modems can feed adsl out to a location utilisong the same pair that an analogue extension is on. Motels are one example that I have seen them used in, although the hardware costs aren't cheap.
