I am looking for some internet monitoring software to find out where the employees are going on the web. I would go out and buy one but my company wont give me any money for it so is there any free ware programs that will monitor what websites the other employees go to.

I don't know of any freeware offhand but you could search these for any:

You could install and run Spider but it's not a monitoring program. It lets you read and cleans all the index.dat files which aren't deleted when you clear the History. You might be surprised at what web addresses it finds in those .dat files.
