Can I access the internet using Open Server Host 5.0.5.? The internet manager icon is not loaded; but most of the needed components appear to be on the Optional Services CD and will load via Software Manager; but it's not clear how to run them. Or setup the Morningstar PPP? Or do I just need to upgrade to "Enterprise"?

Hi,

OpenserverHost does not have TCP/IP and you need TCP/Ip to access the Internet.

Why do you want to dial from your server to the internet?

Not entirely true. Host versions do support ppp, so you can access the internet over a ppp modem connection.

But..that's not going to be fun at all. Upgrade to Enterprise. Tony Lawrence
