Internet mails don't come since GW6.5sp4 upgrade

Hi, we are using GW6.5sp4 clients with Novell Client 4.90 SP2 and since the upgrade of GW we are experiencing an issue with incoming internet mails. The users are shown as not available by the POA and mails are returned with an undelivery message to the sender. First we thought that this issue was linked to some formats of aliases as some-one@ourcompany.com or an_other_one@ourcompany.com but because when the sender uses the GWID@ourcompany.com it works. But now we are experiencing the same issue with non complicated aliases (still work with GWID).
Has anyone experienced the same issue ?
Does anyone have an idea of what's going on ?
Please help us... this is rather an emergency.
