Hi to all,

I try creating an account of using "Internet Mail" in Outlook.

It keep on the prompt for password when downloading mails??

The password and username are correct what could be the caused??

check ur user name and pass through OWA( outlook web access) and also use Ip address in outlook instead of DNS name in incoming and out going server.

I can access the OWA using the same username and password.

How by to use ip address instead of DNS??
Where can I input the IP address.

Where can I input the IP address?

Put it where you would input your mail server's name. Hope that helps.
