I want to setup a template that all outbound internet mail messages will use. The template is to inform contacts that our email addresses have changed and I don't want to have to setup individual signatures through Outlook or to have to coach the users on how to edit their signatures. Is there any way this can be done in Exchange 5.5 sp4?

Thanks in advance

Terry

probably the only way would be setting up the IMS extensions DLL to create an email "footer" which you can edit with whatever message you like.

Brontosaurus;

This sounds intersting, and something I'd like to try also. How do you go about setting up the IMS Extensions DLL and create the footer to acheive this?

Any help would be appreciated.
