Here's the details:
Exchange 5.5 Server BackOffice SP4 on Windows NT4 Server SP6a w/Security Updates.
Clients Outlook (97, 2000 & 2002) on Win9x, W2K Pro, XP Pro
All of the sudden on March 7th in the afternoon, users were complaining that they couldn't send to Internet Mail Addresses i.e., *@aol.com, *@hotmail.com etc...
The instant they hit the SEND button, it returns a message in the users Inbox saying System Administrator -- Undeliverable --
But I did a test from a user account and it returned with the same message but I did get the Test????
I activated the Message Tracker and I Traced that message and it just says that it (SMTP).
