Internet Mail Address problem

Hi All

I have one user on a 6.5 server and client which has just reported a problem when he send out an external email.
The Internet address has the Notes common name included in the return internet address. eg UserName/Domain@Domain.com
As a result people can not reply to his sent emails. I have checked his location doc in his client and on the Domino server in the person doc and it all looks fine. He is the only user which seems to be affected and it only started happening in the last week.
I have been tearing my hair out trying to find the problem, so any help would be much appreciated. Having touble logging onto the lotus support site to log a call as well - most frustrating.
Server server is 6.5.4 as is the client.

Have seen this problem twice only. I had to put it down to certain Exchange clients not reading the reply-to: address properly in the header.
Sending an email from domino user A's account to exchange user B and C works fine. B can reply no problems, but C will try to reply to the notes common name, sometimes with % symbols either side of the domain, which of course fails.

In your case, does the domino user get different results when they send to different people/webmail/mail systems, or is the problem always around?

Seems to be happening no matter what the client is. Now I have other users reporting this, they are all on the same R6.5 Server. I gave it a reboot yesterday and will see how it goes.
Any other suggestion would be great as IBM has let me down.
