I'm trying to create multiple web sites on my win2k server. Right now I'm using generic IP's until I learn to manage these better, but I'm having some problems. Here's what I'm doing:

I first bind the "ip address" (i.e. 10.2.5.1, 10.2.5.2, etc) to my NIC. Then within IIS, each web site has an ip assigned to it when it is created. So for the default site, 10.2.5.1 with port 80, then site2 is 10.2.5.2 with port 81, and so on. When I go to them on the browser, some of them say "page cannot be found" (and the assigned directory and file name is correct), but for some reason, 2 of them work. the default site, and site2. However, the only one that really works is the default site. site2 will bring up the default.asp page, but then when I click on a link to go to another page within that site, it says "the page cannot be found", however it is there...it's not a programming error as far as the site...it's somthing I'm doing wrong within IIS.

Can anyone help me?

I'm sorry, but I don't have a solution. This is really more of a programming forum. Maybe someone can help you over in the IIS forum here:
