I have been experiencing internet freezing for a few weeks now, It isn't happening the same time every day, but it does seem to be at hourly intervals from the time of the first recording.
so far here is the manual log I've kept over the past few days
Anyhow, it only started happening over the last few weeks, our ISP says there is nothing wrong with the connection so it must be internal.
I have replaced our router and this has had no affect.
I've checked the event viewer and cannot see anything in there that might be causing the lock up.
I then noticed Sophos had added Firewall protection to our AV, even though I specifically bought the non Firewall version, because I hate software firewalls.
they must have decided to give away the Firewall with the AV product, anyhow, i've configured the poilicy to 'ALLOW ALL TRAFFIC', but this has made no difference either.
Infact the Sophos Enterprice Console doesn't even show under the firewall section any policies in force, I've really started to regret getting Sophos we have had nothing but problems with it, but I digress.
Can someone think what on earth would be causing this hourly lock up?

The gap on Friday was a long lunch the boss took us out on, so no monitoring from 1 - 3
