Hi

our company is currently running novell netware and has a product called netstorage that is free with netware that enables you to share file over a web page edit them and also upload files back to the server over a webpage

we are going to be moving to windows server 2003 and we need to find a product that does the same thing for us we realy dont want to pay for the product

is there anything in windows that would enable us to share the folders over a webpage and also be able to upload file va that same webpage? we also dont want to use web folders to share the folders

Consider setting up Webdav with IIS. Google WEBDAV for more info.
