Is there anyway to protect yourself from clicking on one of those pages that just open a million windows? Any type of preventive measure? Other then just don't click them. Say a script of some sorts or something that won't allow more than 3 windows to open in a 5 sec. period?

Don't us IE. Use Opera or Mozilla. Both can be easily set to not allow pop up windows.
